This is an illustrated selection of simple prayers for pre-schoolers and a companion volume to "The Lion First Bible". The prayers follow the pattern of a child's day, thus reflecting familiar experiences and feelings. Printed in large, clear type, with a single prayer per page, the selected prayers are simple, yet with meaning for the very young. The collection includes some "action" prayers, a number of prayers by children (some in the form of questions to God), and simple retellings of a number of Bible verses expressing thanks and praise.
